• Reservation deposit, To confirm any appointment, it is mandatory to make an advance payment equivalent to 50% of the total value of the requested service.
• Please notify at least 5 hours in advance if you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment.
• Service settlement, The remaining 50% must be paid at our facilities at the end of the treatment.
• Your therapy time may be shortened in case of delays.
• If the client does not show up or cancel, a NO SHOW fee equivalent to 50% of the treatment value will be charged.
• We recommend arriving 15 minutes early. Late arrival may reduce your treatment time in order to avoid affecting the next reservation.
• This is a professional SPA service, if one of our therapists feels that a client is behaving inappropriately, they are authorized to stop the treatment immediately.
• By confirming your appointment, you accept that you have read and understood these policies.
