Did you know that thousands of Grupo Bolívar employees across the country take part in the Fundación Bolívar Davivienda volunteer program?

This initiative supports social, environmental, and cultural projects that create meaningful impact in communities, while fostering solidarity, commitment, and the building of a better country. As part of this important effort, and under the theme “Roots That Inspire, Wings That Transform,” the Fundación Bolívar Davivienda Leaders’ Gathering took place at Hotel Zuana on August 20 and 21. It was a space created to celebrate 15 years of impact and dedication.

The event gave leaders from all regions the opportunity to connect, share experiences, and reflect on the achievements made over the years. One of the most memorable moments was the speech by Miguel Cortés, President of Grupo Bolívar, who reaffirmed the importance of our work. In addition, the Zuana Legacy and Future troupe brought color and joy to the gathering, celebrating our history in an artistic and heartfelt way.
